Following client requests after our successful Wild Light Phototour of Kerry & Dingle in April 2016, I will be leading a Wild Light photography workshop in County Clare in June 2018. We will be based on the next stage of the Wild Atlantic Way in the lovely coastal village of Ballyvaughan (the setting for the poular tv series Father Ted), which is situated within The Burren National Park in County Clare and is ideal for exploring the very best of this beautiful area. Many amazing locations will be on our doorstep, including dramatic Cliffs of Moher, Poulnabrone Dolmen and a day visit to the stunning Aran Island of Inishmore. This tour has also been timed to coincide with the unique wild flowers that The Burren is world famous for and which are at their most spectacular at this time of year. This beautiful County in the Republic of Ireland is truly a photographer’s paradise. With rapidly changing light, dramatic coastlines and the rugged limestone hills and prehistoric sites of The Burren, photographic opportunities abound!
The tour will include personal pick up and drop-off at Shannon Airport, 6 nights accommodation at the very comfortable Drumcreehy Country House with breakfast and evening dinner in local restaurants. Numbers for this tour are restricted to a maximum of four attendees only in order to give ample individual attention to all attendees and there are now only two remaining places available on the tour. The cost will be £1475 per person. Further details and the full itinerary will be released on the tour pages (button in menu above) soon but please contact me to register your interest.
